Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at İndiana DTF. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Therefore, we have developed the following refund policy for DTF transfers:

Refund Policy

  • We only offer refunds for DTF transfers that arrive damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective DTF transfer, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will request that you send us a photo of the damaged or defective item for our records.

  • If we determine that the item is damaged or defective, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be for the full amount of the purchase price, including any shipping costs paid.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your DTF transfer arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the damaged or defective item.

  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements for damaged or defective DTF transfers. If you wish to receive a replacement item, you will need to place a new order on our website.
